RECIPE
4 Egg yolks
1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup of vagetable oil
2/3 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of cake flour(or all porpuse flour)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
FOR MARINGUE
4 egg whites
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
PROCEDURE
pre heated the oven 350 F
Dry ingredients.
1)the salt,flour,baking powder, and mix it well
Wet ingredients
1) combine the water,egg yolks & vanilla,sugar and mix it till the sugar is dissolve
2) add the dry ingredients to the egg yolks mixture and whisk it, after you combine well add the oil set aside the batter for maringue
Maringue Mixture
beat the egg white till it get bubly and put the cream of tartar and mix well pour the sugar and continue mixing till you reach the soft peak stage
once its ready pour the maringue to your batter and mix it well
and now its ready to pour on your cupcake pan, tart pan or any you have
give a tap to release some air on the pan before you put it on a oven
cook it to 20 to 30 mins
