MY SIMPLE RECIPE OF YEMA CAKE

RECIPE
FOR YEMA CAKE
**FOR MY CHIFFON CAKE**
1 3/4 Cup of Cake flour (or all porpuse flour)
1 3/4 tbsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of vagetable oil
1/2 cup of white sugar
6 eggs (large size)

FOR MARINGUE
6 LARGE EGG WHITE
1/2 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
100g of white sugar

*FOR YEMA FORSTING*
1 can of condensed milk
6 egg yolks
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
grated lemom peel (few)
2 tbsp butter
cheddar cheese for toppings

*PROCEDURE*
FOR CHIFFON CAKE

1) Sift the flour in a strainer(3 times is perfect)
2)Add all the dry ingredients salt,baking powder,sugar and mix it well make sure its incorporated

FOR EGG YOLK MIXTURE
1)get the egg and separate the yolk from the white and set aside for awhile the white for our maringue
2)get the egg yolks and mix the milk,vanilla and the oil and when its already incorporated
3) mix the egg yolks to the dry ingredients and mix it well


FOR MARINGUE

1) beat the egg white to you mixture till its bubbly and put the cream of tartar and sugar beat as well untill you reach the stage of soft peak ,when its done 
2) scoop the 1/3 of the maringue in put it to the batter mixture and mix it fold in untill its incorporated and when its all mix well pour all the left maringue and mix it make it sure you will do the fold in to make sure you didn't ruin the air you made from the maringue
3) get a pan and grease it and put the wax paper
pour the mixture and give it a good tap to make sure you loose the air pocket
4)make it sure your oven its pre heated for 350 F
then put your pan and bake it for 40 to 50 mins and depend how you like just make sure you check it so it didn't get burn your chiffon cake

*FOR FROSTING YEMA*
1) get a souce pan put all together the condensed,vanilla egg yolks and mix it till it get homogeneous
2) the put it in a stove and turn to low fire mix it well till it get thick enough then put you're butter and mix again till its gets ready to your yema
3) pour your evaporated milk if its to sticky..

thats it  i love yema cake and i love to try baking for my kid so much, its pinoy one of the favorite
